We M/s Active Steel Forge, Rajkot, Gujrat, India. introduce ourselves as manufacturers of the highest quality of Bearing races in all bearing categories of SRB, CRB, TRB, DGBB, ACBB, Double and triple row races and other tailor made races as per customer drawings and specifications. Active Steel Forge started its Manufacturing unit of Forging, Spherodized Annealed and Turned Races in 2012 with initial capacity of 200 MT/Month. With additional investment of Rs 100 Million in 2017 we expanded our inhouse forging capacity to 500 MT/Month capacity.
Amongst others one of our strengths is having our dedicated inhouse turning machine center, wherein we have supporting Turning and Machining plants, holding sets of CNC and VMC's of ACE-Micromatic make and other associated machines for turning races and meeting specifications and tolerance of turned races as per customer specified drawings and specifications.
Active Steel Forge is ISO 9001:2015 Certified unit and ensures all stringent process control parameters in all processes during manufacturing at all levels. We use raw material Grades of 100CrMnSi6-4 / SAE52100 / 100Cr6 Bearing Steel of reputed Steel Mills like ISMT, MUSCO, KALYANI Steel, holds stocks of RM at all the time in all sections to meet customer demand on priority basis and to ensure shortest processing and delivery lead time.
Besides this our Steel Trading group company does trading of 12,000+ MT/Annum of Bearing grade and other Special grade steel to many forging plants and other steel component manufacturers.
